Yodle is a provider of cloud-based, local advertising and marketing services for small businesses helping more than 50,000 local business owners in 250 different industries.
The Opportunity
Looking to launch a mobile solution that would enable small businesses to create invoices, estimates, schedule jobs, and get paid, Yodle turned to InRhythm to help them engineer, design, and launch this new product.
Yodle being new to the mobile UX and mobile engineering arena and needed to create defined user personas, user flow and customer journeys, wireframes and visual design, as well as a methodology to design, review, and collaborate on any UX artifacts.
The InRhythm Impact
InRhythm embedded onsite at Yodle an experienced UX team that helped them to build out user personas, processes for design, collaboration and review, customer journeys, and user flows that described the customer interaction. The InRhythm team also built High Fidelity, interactive prototypes that were tested with actual users and used various design tools and frameworks to build a better user experience.
