Nagaraju Koppole is a seasoned technology executive with 24 years of IT leadership experience. He brings deep expertise in Delivery Management, Product Engineering, and Client Relationship Management, with a proven track record of scaling operations and driving transformative outcomes.
His domain knowledge spans banking and financial services, including Retail, Commercial, Credit Cards, Private Banking, Compliance, and HR. Technically, Nagaraju is highly proficient in Cloud technologies, Snowflake, Full-Stack Engineering, Mobile solutions, and Machine Learning/AI.

As our Managing Director of Global Head of Delivery at InRhythm, Nagaraju is responsible for translating vision into execution, strengthening global delivery governance, and embedding operational discipline across teams. He ensures the delivery of predictable, high-quality results that drive measurable business impact and global growth.

Previously, Nagaraju held leadership positions such as Vice President at DATAECONOMY, Senior Director – Strategic Segment Delivery Head at Virtusa, and Director of Professional Services at NICE Actimize, where he led P&L ownership, professional services bookings, revenue targets, and process optimization. Over his nearly decade-long tenure at Virtusa, he advanced through multiple delivery and architecture leadership roles, further honing his ability to align technology initiatives with business strategy.

Nagaraju holds an MBA. in Decision Support Systems from Andhra University. He is passionate about technology transformation, operational excellence, and creating customer value through innovation and collaboration.
