As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be pivotal in providing comprehensive support to our sales team, ensuring seamless execution of client engagements. Your role will involve assisting with sales processes, client presentation development, and oversight of sales activity documentation and resource centers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where collaboration is key to success.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Process Assistance:
- Assist with the coordination and execution of sales activities, including prospecting, lead qualification, and proposal development.
- Conduct in-depth client research.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to prepare client presentations, proposals, and statements of work (SOWs) tailored to meet client needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in various systems.
Client Presentation Management & Coordination:
- Project management of client presentations to ensure timely review, design standards, and consistency throughout.
- Ensure all client artifacts and client materials are documented and accessible.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

Sales Performance Tracking:

What You Bring To The Table
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales support, client services, or project coordination within an enterprise consulting environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce); project management tools a plus (e.g. Asana, Confluence)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with sales and technical leaders

What You Bring To The Table
- At least 7+ years of experience in general accounting functions, including accounts payable, bank reconciliations, prepaid assets, accrued expenses, and the monthly close process
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and accounting and QuickBooks software is mandatory
- Experience working at a Professional Services / Consulting/ IT Staffing company is a must
- Experience working with a small company
- Proficient in GAAP Accounting and conducting Internal Audit
- Ability to prioritize job duties and manage time effectively
- Comfortable using PSA tools such as Kimble or similar
- Exposure to Salesforce based platforms
- Strong verbal communication skills are required
- Experience dealing with clients and external stakeholders
- Strong personal integrity and work ethic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail, and accuracy is imperative- Extremely detailed

What Makes You Stand Out from the Pack?
- Manager is responsible for the delivery of the Record to Report functions including general ledger accounting, monthly close, account reconciliations and various other processes including ownership and running all aspects of accounting for InRhythm
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of the overall monthly close activities including account reconciliations, perform review and ad hoc analysis; identify areas to improve and streamline
- Execute daily and monthly functions to ensure an accurate and timely close of the books for internal review as well as the Company’s monthly and quarterly reporting requirements
- Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures; implement a system of controls over accounting transactions to mitigate risk exposure
- Oversee the production of periodic financial reports; ensuring that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles and applicable internal control guidance
- Responsible for all invoicing and management / reconciliation of client vendor portals
- Regularly Audit Project Financials (Timesheets, Milestones, Invoicing support)
- Support financial statement analysis and document meaningful explanations for any variances or trends
- Prepare Balance Sheet and Bank Reconciliations
- Manage 13 Week Cashflow projections as well as monitor Cash balances.
- Assist in the accumulation of support for the Company’s annual audit and quarterly reviews
- Monitor AR Aging and proactively follow-up with clients to confirm payments will be made on time, resolve any discrepancies related to invoices, and resolve late payments with clients in a timely manner.
- Audit and reconcile all AP invoices and migrate approved invoices into Quickbooks
- Manage Tax Planning, Oversight of Tax filings, management of CPA Firm
- Manage PEO provider
