Samantha Kafedzic is a seasoned COO and CFO with more than 15 years of experience leading finance, operations, and corporate strategy across global organizations. She is recognized for driving sustainable growth, optimizing profitability, and executing complex transformations that position companies for long-term success.

Currently, Samantha serves as Managing Director of Finance and Business Operations at InRhythm, where she partners with executive leadership to build scalable financial and operational infrastructure to support accelerated growth. Previously, she was COO, North America at Gresham Technologies and CFO at Electra Information Systems. At Electra, Samantha not only prepared the company for acquisition—she led the full investor roadshow, closed the transaction at ~3.5x ARR, and directed the successful post-acquisition integration with Gresham. Her leadership unified operations, systems, and teams across the two companies, ensuring continuity while delivering measurable growth post-deal.

Throughout her career, Samantha has delivered multi-million-dollar cost savings and benefits optimization across multi-state operations, implemented global ERP, CRM, and billing systems to improve forecasting, compliance, and cash flow visibility, and increased client retention to 98% by embedding operational excellence into the customer experience. She brings a strategic yet hands-on leadership style that consistently delivers results for stakeholders, investors, and clients alike. Samantha holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Syracuse University’s Martin J. Whitman School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from SUNY Empire State College.
