He brings over 20 years of experience leading Digital innovation and transformation strategy for Fortune 100 customers. He is also an expert in Banking and FinTech, with a focus on Data Governance & Strategy.

Prior to InRhythm, Yogesh spent over five years as RVP, Technology at Backbase, a digital banking platform provider. His extensive experience also includes over 11 years at Virtusa, where he held multiple senior roles, including Vice President of Technology and Senior Director, Digital Experience. During his time at Virtusa, he managed global teams of 100+ professionals to deliver strategic transformation programs and was the Chief Solution Architect for Virtusa Bank Connect. His background also includes roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as Lead Digital Architect and at United Technologies as Digital Content Management Architect.

Yogesh is known for managing large teams of digital technology professionals, planning integrated Digital transformation roadmaps, and leading platform selection to meet business and technology goals. He is passionate about developing industry-aligned digital solutions and reusable components to accelerate transformation journeys.
