As the MD and Global Head of Talent at InRhythm, he is responsible for leading the company’s global strategy for acquiring, managing, and deploying top-tier technology talent.

Prior to joining InRhythm, Nitish spent over six years as the Head of Recruiting and Strategic Staffing at Incedo Inc. Americas, where he played a pivotal role in scaling staffing operations. His extensive career foundation includes nearly 14 years at HCL Technologies, where he served as the General Manager, NORAM Recruitment Head, driving recruitment strategy across North America.
