With over 25 years of experience in consulting and software engineering, he specializes in driving digital transformation through responsible AI adoption, platform modernization, and strategic partnerships.
Previously, Wayne spent nearly 15 years at Slalom, most recently as Managing Director leading Technology Enablement and TOLA market expansion. His deep technical background includes expertise in Microsoft, AWS, and Salesforce ecosystems, enterprise architecture, and building high-performing, culture-first teams. Wayne holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems and Finance from the University of Rhode Island.
