Diana’s career spans leadership roles at top-tier organizations, where she has driven innovation and growth. As President and COO of Blue Orange Digital, she improved operational efficiencies and delivered cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions. Earlier, as CEO and managing director of thoughtbot, she modernized product development strategies and achieved significant revenue growth, earning global recognition as a top workplace known for its culture of excellence.
Diana’s leadership journey also includes pivotal roles at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where she focused on complex business development and cultivating strategic partnerships, as well as IPG and MDC Partner agencies, where she drove integrated marketing and business development. Her early career at Univision Communications Inc., where she oversaw multiple business units with full P&L accountability, further highlights her ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver value to global clients.
Her academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from the University of Redlands and an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business, underscoring her strong foundation in both technology and business strategy.
